There are many ways to get involved with the Alaska Center for Conservation Science (ACCS), including making a financial contribution, contributing data, donating plant specimens, or joining our team.
Support our Program
ACCS is primarily grant-funded institution with additional support provided by the University of Alaska Anchorage. As such, we rely on funding from government agencies and the public to manage and serve our data online.
To make a donation, click the button below to go to the donation page for the University of Alaska Anchorage. In the drop-down menu, select College of Arts and Sciences, and in the “additional information” text box specify the Alaska Center for Conservation Science. Optionally, specify the appropriate program within ACCS (Aquatic Ecology, Herbarium, Kachemak Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Landscape Ecology, Vegetation, and/or Wildlife).
Please consult program leads to donate data to Aquatic Ecology, Kachemak Bay National Estuarine Research Reserve, Landscape Ecology, Vegetation Ecology, and Wildlife Ecology. Rare plant occurrence data can be reported to the Botany program by clicking the button below:
