By checking "Yes" you acknowledge that you understand the following: you may be required to purchase some materials on your own in order to participate in the type of survey you desire (e.g. dish soap, insect net, preserving alcohol, etc.). You will be required to coordinate drop off or mailing the specimens you collect at the end of your sampling events to the University of Alaska Anchorage (UAA) or a designated Bee Atlas member. You will be required to mail or email datasheets and photos at the end of your sampling events. You will respond to email or phone calls within a timely manner.
